- How do I get started
Call me and we will have a brief conversation to discuss your needs and set up an appointment.
- How long is each session
Individual therapy is 50 minutes. Couples therapy is often 50 or 80 minutes and group therapy is an hour and a half to 2 hours.
- How do you handle payment?
Payment is due at each session. I accept check or cash and credit.
- What are your hours?
- My hours and availability vary. Please call me and we can discuss times that work for you.
- Do you take insurance?
I am an out of network provider for PPO plans. We can discuss this further during our initial conversation.
